  • “Get shift done” mentality (typo intended)
  • Meticulous about word choice and presentation
  • Tech savvy enough that you don’t need help converting a Word doc to PDF
  • Stone-cold serious about achieving measurable results

About the Job

In more concrete terms, here’s examples of what the job entails:

  • Communicate product value via articles, emails, landing pages, videos, gifs, etc.
  • Help users to use more of the software and use the software more
  • Analyze user behavior data to send leads to account managers
  • Package product releases to get customers excited for what’s coming
  • Assist with user research and feedback collection

Technical Skills
